Only application clients created and developed by Playbosh Games Entertainment UG (haftungsbeschränkt) are allowed use of our API (Application Programming Interface).
Any outside scripts or services using our API are in violation of our terms.
In elaboration of using our API, any scripts, services, or tools used in "Cartoon Battle Chess" to generate user accounts, automate process creation, spam uploading, Bitcoin generation, device bypassing, user leveling and reputation gain, are all in violation with the use of our API and are deemed cheating in the game and may require lawful action.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Other players and users may see your profile data, read the messages you have posted (except your private in-game messages, unless they are part of the conversation).

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR DATA?
We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards. An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all CC transactions. We use regular Malware Scanning.
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
